How Happy Monday will continue to deliver our services to you

Given the current outbreak of COVID-19 and the impact the virus is having on our global and local communities, customers, employees and families, we would like to take a minute to share our Business Continuity plans with you.

Despite the uncertainty of COVID-19, we expect to continue to deliver the same level of service to our customers and have the following measures in place to ensure this.

Availability of our Team

All of our team members at Happy Monday have the ability to work remotely, and as a business, this is something we have always had in place. In fact, many of our team members work remotely at various times during the normal business year.

All of our team are equipped to seamlessly connect with each other through our project management system and integrated chat platform, and with our customers, regardless of our physical work locations.

Some of our team members have already opted to work from home, and from this morning are all set-up and in place.

Availability of our technology platforms and service providers

We have already communicated with, or had communication from, our major technology providers and are confident in their ability to continue providing services during this time. As leading technology providers, they too have robust business continuity plans in place.

The beauty of working in technology means remote working is not new to us, or to them.
